This is a personalised process that supports women on their conception journey through emotional, energetic, and subconscious alignment. Each session is intuitively guided and may include channelled messages, energy work, and/or somatic processes to reprogram the subconscious, rewire the nervous system, and realign the energy field. I draw from a range of modalities and techniques including Spinal Energetics, Pellowah, intuitive energy work, somatic and psycho-somatic methods, and yoga-based practices. These tools allow me to meet you where you are so I can best serve you and your personal circumstances.
