CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation & Reschedulling, No-Show, and Refund Policy 

1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE: 

  

In this Cancellation & Rescheduling, No-show, and Refund Poilicy “Christie", "Christie Rose", "Christie Rose Kelf", "Christie Kelf", Motherbaby Consciousness", or “her”  refers to Christie Kelf ABN 81 503 192 395 and her Website (www.motherbabyconsciousness.com), Service(s) and Product(s) as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words (“Christie", "Christie Rose", "Christie Rose Kelf", "Christie Kelf", "Motherbaby Consciousness", or “her”). 

If you do NOT agree to the Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy, No-Show Policy, and/or Refund Policy that has been written, please cease using her Website and Service(s) immediately and do not proceed with any purchase(s).

2. TERMS OF BOOKING AND/OR PURCHASE (FINANCIAL OR FREE): 

  

By making this booking(s) and/or purchase(s) you are agreeing to the Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy, No-Show Policy, and Refund Policy. For the purpose of this Terms of Booking and/or Purchase, the term "I" or "Purchaser" shall refer to any individual who makes a financial and/or free purchase(s) from Motherbaby Consciousness.

3. AGREEMENT FROM DATE OF PURCHASE (FINANCIAL OR FREE): 

  

  • I have read and understood the Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy  

  • I have read and understood the No-Show Policy 

  • I have read and understood the Refund Policy 

  • I understand that by making a booking(s) and/or purchase(s) (financial or free) with Motherbaby Consciousness, that I am agreeing to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, No-Show Policy, and Refund Policy 

  

MOTHERBABY CONSCIOUSNESS CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: 

  • Rescheduling a session purchased within a plan with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or issued a credit note. 

  • Rescheduling a session purchased within a plan with more than 24 hours' notice will be issued a credit note that must be used within the stated time period of the original plan purchased.  

  • Any sessions not utilised within the stated time period of the plan purchased will not be refunded or issued a credit note. 

  • Cancellations of a plan must be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of any remaining sessions minus the booking fee. 

  • Plans cannot be cancelled, refunded or issued a credit note after 14 days of purchase. 

  • Cancellations of sessions purchased individually with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or issued a credit note. 

  • Cancellations of sessions purchased individually with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full, minus the booking fee, or a credit note will be issued at the purchaser’s request. Credit notes for single sessions must be used within three months of issue. 

  • If for some unforeseen reason you need to pause a plan, please request this by contacting Christie Rose (Motherbaby Consciousness) via email (motherbabyconsciousness@gmail.com). Christie reserves the right to accept or deny a request to pause a plan at her own discretion. 

 

MOTHERBABY CONSCIOUSNESS NO-SHOW POLICY: 

  • Less than 24 hours' notice of nonattendance is considered a no-show and will not be refunded, issued a credit note, or rescheduled. 

  • A grace period of 10 minutes will be given for any late attendance. After this time, it is considered a no-show and will not be refunded, issued a credit note, or rescheduled. 

 

MOTHERBABY CONSCIOUSNESS REFUND POLICY: 

  • Cancellations of a plan made within 14 days of purchase will be issued a full refund of any remaining sessions minus the booking fee. 

  • Plans cannot be cancelled, refunded or issued a credit note after 14 days of purchase. 

  • Cancellations of sessions bought individually with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or issued a credit note. 

  • Cancellations of sessions bought individually with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full, minus the booking fee, or a credit note will be issued at the purchaser’s request. Credit notes for single sessions must be used within three months of issue.

  • Digital products cannot be refunded. 

  • Physical products cannot be refunded due to a change of mind. In the instance of a faulty or damaged product, please contact Christie Rose (Motherbaby Consciousness) via email (motherbabyconsciousness@gmail.com). The purchaser will be issued a full refund, minus any shipping fees, once the product is returned, received and fault is accepted by Motherbaby Consciousness. Motherbaby Consciousness reserves the right to deny fault within reason, in which case, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the expense of the purchaser. 

  • All refunds will be issued within 60 days.
