FREE OFFERING: Somatic Experiencing: Releasing Fear

Fear can be a block to conceiving your baby and experiencing your ideal birth. It can be conscious or subconscious. Sometimes we have fears stored in our body that we didn't know where there. Exploring what's going on in your body is beneficial in making the subconscious conscious and allows us to become embodied, releasing what is no longer serving us so we can live the life we desire.  Join Christie in learning how to find, acknowledge and release fear stored in the body through love.
