What To Expect

Spend four 1:1 sessions with me, where I will support and guide you through your fertility, baby loss, or birth preparation journey. Together, we will address mind, body, and soul by working with the nervous system, subconscious mind, and energy field. WHY NERVOUS SYSTEM AND SUBCONSCIOUS WORK? Our nervous systems are constantly responding to both our internal and external world. Most people are unaware of the stress they carry due to modern lifestyles, yet this overload disrupts fertility, makes it harder to process grief, and creates resistance during birth. Because the nervous system and subconscious mind are deeply intertwined, working with both is essential to expanding our capacity to process emotions and rewire limiting beliefs. This, in turn, allows the energy field to shift and align with our desired reality. This is why I use the techniques I do—to offer a holistic, embodied approach to becoming the mother you are destined to be. *This program is designed to be a complimentary service to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual health alongside any treatments, interventions, or protocols you may need. WHAT'S INCLUDED? - Spinal Energetics - Somatics - Connection Journey OR Ultimate Consciousness - Access to me via WhatsApp for any questions or extra support you may need between sessions. - A 30 minute catch up call 2 - 4 weeks after the conclusion of the program to check in and make sure you're integrating everything. VALUED AT $1,680 HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? You will book in your first session and pay the entire amount of the eight weeks upfront (Afterpay is available for those who cannot pay in one lump sum). You will then receive a unique code to use at checkout when you book the remaining seven sessions to ensure you do not pay anything further. It is up to you to book in the following sessions. Please note, the same time each week is not guaranteed so booking in advance is advisable to ensure you lock in your preferred days and times. This program works best when sessions are 1 - 2 weeks apart. *All four sessions must be used within 56 days (8 weeks) of purchase.* WHAT IF I DON'T SEE A TIME AVAILABLE THAT SUITS ME?
