This container is designed for women seeking deeper, embodied support during one of the most transformational seasons of life. Whether you're calling in your spirit baby, navigating grief, or preparing to give birth, this container helps you access safety, alignment, and clarity through your whole being — mind, body, and soul. Together, we’ll work with your nervous system, subconscious mind, and energy field to identify and release what’s standing in the way, and gently anchor in the version of you that’s ready to receive and embody motherhood in its most aligned form. Why the nervous system and subconscious mind? Your nervous system is always listening — not just to your environment, but to your internal world. The stress, pressure, grief, or resistance you carry (even silently) can deeply affect your fertility, emotional healing, and birth experience. Because the nervous system and subconscious mind are deeply connected, we need to work with both to create real, lasting change. When you build nervous system capacity and shift subconscious beliefs, your energy field begins to align with the reality you’re calling in. That’s why this program is built on holistic, somatic, and energetic foundations — to support you fully, from the inside out. What’s Included: - Four 1:1 sessions over 3 months entailing: Spinal Energetics and Somatic practices tailored to you, and the Connection Journey or Ultimate Consciousness. - Weekly WhatsApp check-ins. - Access to me via WhatsApp for questions or support between sessions. - A 30-minute Integration Call 4–6 weeks after your final session.
